Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 June 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of BuzBill website, POS software, applications, dashboards, APIs, subscriptions, add-ons, implementation, support and related services.

Business useBuzBill is provided for restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, retail businesses and other commercial users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing buzbill.com, requesting a demo, creating an account, installing or using BuzBill software, signing an order form, paying a subscription fee or allowing your staff to use BuzBill, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and any applicable proposal, invoice, subscription plan, service order, product policy or add-on terms. If you do not agree, you must not use BuzBill.

2. Parties

BuzBill is operated by the legal entity listed on our Corporate Information page. In these Terms, “BuzBill”, “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to that operating entity. “Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to the business, organisation, proprietor, company, partnership or authorised person using BuzBill.

3. Eligibility and business use

BuzBill is intended for lawful business and commercial use. You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 where applicable, and that you are authorised to bind the business on whose behalf BuzBill is used. BuzBill must not be used for personal, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unauthorised purposes.

4. Services

BuzBill may provide POS billing, KOT, GST-ready invoices, menu management, inventory, reporting, CRM, loyalty, WhatsApp bill sharing, online ordering, payment integrations, outlet management, staff roles, printer workflows, add-ons, implementation support and other related services. Features may differ based on your subscription plan, device, operating system, hardware, configuration, integration availability and commercial agreement.

5. Account setup and authorised users

  • You are responsible for accurate account, outlet, tax, pricing, staff, device, printer, customer, supplier and billing information.
  • You must keep login credentials confidential and ensure that only authorised staff use your account.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including bills, discounts, voids, refunds, reports, exports and configuration changes.
  • We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe the account is unauthorised, fraudulent, risky, unlawful or in breach of these Terms.

6. Customer responsibilities for tax and billing

BuzBill provides software tools to help configure billing workflows. You remain responsible for verifying your GSTIN, legal name, invoice series, tax rates, HSN/SAC where applicable, item-level tax overrides, discounts, service charges, packaging charges, payment modes, bill format and statutory compliance with your accountant, CA or legal adviser. BuzBill does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

7. Subscription, payments and renewals

Fees, billing frequency, subscription start date, renewal date, selected modules, add-ons, users, outlets, implementation charges, training charges, hardware charges, SMS/WhatsApp credits, taxes and payment terms will be stated in the applicable order form, proposal, invoice or plan page. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in advance and exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment, failed payment, chargeback, misuse or breach may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Trials, demos and beta features

Free demos, pilots, trials, beta features or preview modules may be changed, limited, withdrawn or discontinued at any time. Trial or demo data may not be retained unless converted into a paid account or otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Implementation, migration and training

Implementation, menu creation, data migration, hardware setup, printer setup, training and integrations depend on the scope agreed with you. You must provide accurate data in the requested format and timely access to required systems. BuzBill is not responsible for delays, errors or losses caused by incorrect customer data, unavailable third-party systems, unsupported hardware, network problems or missing approvals from the customer.

10. Hardware and third-party products

Where hardware such as printers, cash drawers, scanners, tablets, POS terminals or routers is supplied, the applicable commercial invoice and manufacturer or seller warranty terms will apply. BuzBill is not responsible for failures caused by misuse, physical damage, power issues, local network issues, incompatible devices, unauthorised repairs or third-party accessories.

11. Third-party integrations

BuzBill may connect with payment gateways, WhatsApp Business providers, SMS gateways, accounting software, delivery/order platforms, online menu tools, QR ordering tools, analytics tools or other third-party services. Third-party services may require separate accounts, API keys, approvals, charges and acceptance of their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, rejections, charges, data handling or service restrictions outside our control.

12. Customer data

You retain ownership of the operational data you enter into BuzBill. You grant BuzBill a limited right to host, process, transmit, display, back up and use that data as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve and support the services. You are responsible for obtaining all notices, consents and permissions required from staff, customers, suppliers and other individuals whose information you upload or process through BuzBill.

13. Acceptable use restrictions

You must not:

  • use BuzBill for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading or unauthorised activity;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, data, APIs, infrastructure or networks without permission;
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense or exploit the software except as permitted by law or written agreement;
  • upload malware, spam, abusive content, unlawful data or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • interfere with security, rate limits, monitoring, billing, licensing, usage controls or service availability;
  • misrepresent affiliation with BuzBill or use BuzBill marks without written permission.

14. Intellectual property

BuzBill software, website design, user interface, code, workflows, documentation, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade names, content, reports, feature designs and related materials are owned by BuzBill or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the services during an active subscription, no rights are transferred to you.

15. Feedback

If you share suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports or feedback, you allow BuzBill to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in doing so.

16. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential business, technical, commercial or operational information from the other party. The receiving party must use such information only for the business relationship and must take reasonable steps to protect it. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

17. Service availability and support

We aim to keep BuzBill reliable and useful, but services may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, internet issues, hosting failures, device problems, power failures, third-party outages, security events or events beyond our control. Support channels, response targets and escalation paths are listed on the Support and Escalation Matrix pages and may vary by plan.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if fees are unpaid, your account creates risk, you breach these Terms, your use is unlawful or harmful, required approvals fail, a third-party service rejects your use, or we are required to do so by law. You may stop using BuzBill or request cancellation according to the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable order form.

19. Data export and deletion after termination

Before termination, you should export required reports and business records. After account closure, we may retain, delete, anonymise or archive data according to legal requirements, backup cycles, dispute-resolution needs, security requirements and the Privacy Policy. We may not be able to recover deleted data after retention or backup periods expire.

20. Warranty disclaimer

BuzBill is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, compatibility with every device, printer, network or third-party integration, or that the software will meet every business, tax, accounting or operational requirement.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzBill and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, data, orders or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the affected service during the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BuzBill harmless from claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, unlawful data processing, incorrect tax or billing configuration, third-party claims, unauthorised user activity, or violation of applicable law.

23. Force majeure

BuzBill will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power failure, internet disruption, telecom outage, labour disruption, natural disaster, epidemic, war, government action, payment gateway outage, cloud provider outage, cyberattack or third-party service failure.

24. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of BuzBill after the effective date of the update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

25. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having competent jurisdiction over Magenta Brass Private Limited will have jurisdiction, unless the applicable order form states otherwise.
